Last updated: April 7, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Bonusivo LLC (1621 Central Ave #27911, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA), operating Bonusivo.com, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and services (collectively, the Service). We act as the data controller unless we state otherwise.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Service. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service.
We aim to follow principles of data minimization, transparency, and lawful processing. For users in the EEA/UK, the GDPR (and UK GDPR where applicable) applies. For California and certain other US residents, applicable consumer privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA where relevant) may grant additional rights.
Privacy requests and questions: info@bonusivo.com. We typically respond within 30 days where required by law.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address, phone number if you add one, country/region, notification preferences.
Payout data: details required for your chosen withdrawal method (e.g. crypto wallet address, payment identifiers), and verification information collected for KYC/AML where we use it.
Service usage: partner clicks, orders, bonuses, and support tickets, as needed to operate the Service.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser identifiers, OS type, visit timestamps, referrer, cookies and similar signals.
Third-party sign-in: if you use OAuth (e.g. Google), we receive basic profile data according to the permissions you grant.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (health, biometrics, etc.). Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: provide and improve the Service; attribute purchases and credit bonuses; process withdrawals and prevent fraud; provide customer support; comply with legal obligations; run analytics in de-identified or aggregated form; and, where permitted, send marketing about the Service and partner offers (based on consent or another lawful basis such as legitimate interest, except where local law requires consent).
You can opt out of marketing emails via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in messages.
5. Sharing and processors
We may share data with: partner networks and stores as needed to confirm orders and commissions (often pseudonymized); payment and crypto providers for payouts; cloud and IT vendors for hosting and operations; analytics providers as configured; and authorities when legally required.
We do not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense. Certain advertising identifier practices may qualify as “sharing” under California law; you may submit an opt-out request where applicable via info@bonusivo.com.
International transfers (including to the United States) may rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, consent, or other mechanisms required in your jurisdiction.
6. Security and retention
We use organizational and technical measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and password hashing. Retention depends on purpose: account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for disputes and legal claims; financial records as required for AML/accounting; logs for limited periods unless law requires longer retention.
If a breach poses a risk to individuals, we will notify users and regulators as required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent (without affecting prior lawful processing), and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under US state laws where applicable.
Deleting your account may forfeit unwithdrawn balances as described in our Terms. Contact info@bonusivo.com with a subject line that helps us identify your account.
