Terms of Service

1. General
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the relationship between Bonusivo LLC, located at 1621 Central Ave #27911, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (the Company, we, Service), and any person using the Bonusivo.com website and related services (the User).
By registering or using the Service, the User agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
The Terms apply from the moment you start using the Service and continue, where permitted by law, after you stop using the Service for dispute resolution and liability matters.
Official correspondence may be in English or the interface language you use; notices are sent to the email address on your account.
2. The Service
Bonusivo.com is an international platform that lets Users earn monetary rewards in digital dollars (bonuses) on qualifying purchases at online stores via the Service’s partner links. The Company earns commissions from partners and shares part of that commission with Users as described in the Bonus program and payouts section.
The Service may include coupon aggregation, an AI assistant, purchase history, price comparison, and other features. The Company is not a party to the sale contract between the User and any partner store and is not responsible for product quality, shipping, returns, or other store policies.
3. Registration and account
You must register with a valid email address. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The Service is intended for people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact info@bonusivo.com without undue delay.
We may suspend or delete accounts for breaches of these Terms, inaccurate data, fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Bonus program and payouts
4.1. Scope and acceptance
The rules for accruing and paying bonuses in digital dollars to your balance are set out in these Terms. Acceptance means registering on the site and visiting a partner store through the Service for the first time. The Company will credit bonuses when the conditions below are met.
4.2. Accrual conditions
Bonuses accrue only if all of the following are true:
- you opened the store through a Bonusivo.com partner link;
- the purchase was completed in one browser session without breaking the tracking chain;
- cookies and similar technologies required for attribution are not blocked;
- the order was not cancelled or returned (in full or in part);
- the payment method is accepted by the partner store.
Reward rates are shown on each store page and may vary by category, promotions, or loyalty rules. We do not guarantee fixed rates. Bonuses are usually calculated on the value of goods after discounts, typically excluding shipping and add-on services, unless a store page says otherwise.
4.3. Statuses
- Pending — the order was tracked; partner confirmation is awaited (often 30–90 days depending on return policies).
- Confirmed — the partner confirmed the purchase; the amount is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
- Rejected — the partner did not confirm the purchase or declined commission; no bonus is credited.
Timing depends on the partner. If you have waited more than 90 days, contact info@bonusivo.com.
4.4. Reasons for rejection
Bonuses may be rejected if, for example: the order was cancelled or returned; another cashback or affiliate program was used in parallel; a third-party promo code was used; cookies were blocked or cleared before checkout; the purchase was made outside a supported flow (e.g. a native app where attribution fails); the item or category is excluded by the partner; the purchase was paid with store points or gift instruments that exclude commission; or a technical failure occurred on the partner side.
If you believe a rejection was wrong, you may appeal via purchase history within the period shown in the interface (typically within 30 days of rejection).
4.5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 1 (or the equivalent shown in your balance currency if the interface states otherwise). Withdrawals are available for confirmed bonuses. After partner confirmation, payouts are generally processed within 30 calendar days unless your dashboard states otherwise.
Withdrawals may require identity verification under applicable anti–money laundering rules and payment-provider policies. We may suspend withdrawals if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms until a review is completed; if a breach is confirmed, accrued bonuses may be voided without payout.
4.6. Payout methods
Available methods (including, where offered, USDT TRC-20, bank transfer, and others), fees, and timelines are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.

4.7. Inactive balance
If there are no accruals or debits on your bonus balance for 6 consecutive calendar months (including withdrawal requests and referral credits where applicable), accrued bonuses may be treated as unclaimed and written off. We will email you at least 30 calendar days before a planned write-off. Any qualifying balance activity resets the inactivity period.
4.8. Taxes
Tax obligations depend on the laws of your country of tax residence. The Company does not provide tax advice. Withholding, reporting, and other measures may apply as required by applicable law and payment intermediaries.
5. User obligations
You must not abuse the Service: no fake orders and returns for rewards, no multi-account schemes to circumvent referral rules, no automation intended to distort order attribution.
You must not spread knowingly false information that harms the Company or partners. You must comply with laws that apply to you.
For serious breaches we may block your account and void bonuses without payout; damages may be pursued where the law allows.
6. Liability
The Service is provided as is. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure, third parties (including partners and providers), network issues, or your equipment.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount of confirmed bonuses that were not paid solely due to our fault. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Reward and coupon information may lag partner changes; we use reasonable efforts to keep data current but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Send claims to info@bonusivo.com; we aim to respond within 30 days of receipt unless we agree otherwise.
Disputes not resolved amicably shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
8. Changes
We may change these Terms by publishing a new version on the site with an effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email.
Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes unless you delete your account before then. If you disagree, stop using the Service; you may request withdrawal of confirmed balances under the rules in effect.
